Wine and lemon pork casserole with potatoes, thyme and Muses Honey
Place the meat, diced in 100 gr. pieces, and the potatoes in wedges. Add the olive oil, lemon, wine, Muses Honey, sliced onion and finely cut garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle the fresh thyme twigs. Mix the ingredients well and put the lid on the casserole.
Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours at 180 C. Pour some water halfway through, if needed. Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes to lend colour to the dish and serve.
- 1 kg pork (shank, leg or rump)
- 2 kg potatoes
- 1 batch fresh thyme
- 100ml olive oil
- 2 medium-sized onions
- 1 garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, pepper (grinded)
- 2 tablespoons Muses Honey
