Mushroom stir fry with baby spinach, sygklino, sesame and Muses Honey
Instructions
Heat a pan and add olive oil. Sweat the finely chopped onion on low heat and then add the garlic and mushrooms cut into 4. Cut the cured meat (sygklino) into cubes and add it to the pan. When the liquids have been absorbed, continue sautéing for a while and add the spices. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with vinegar. After the vinegar evaporates, add the Muses Honey, spinach and sesame. Serve immediately.

½ kilo white mushrooms (medium size)
200 gr sygklino (Greek type of cured pork)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
200 gr baby spinach
1 sprig of summer savory
1 sprig of oregano
1 sprig of thyme
50 ml olive oil
Vinegar
1 ts sesame
1 Tbs Muses Honey
Salt
Pepper
