Greek chicken stir fry (tigania) with tsalafouti and hilopites

Instructions

Preheat the olive oil and butter in a pan. Add the chicken fillet and sauté, adding the fresh oregano. Finish with white wine and vinegar and, as soon as the alcohol is gone, add Muses Honey. Continue with tsalafouti and graviera cheese. Remove from the heat and set aside. Boil the hilopites (Greek pasta) for 2-3 minutes, strain and add a little butter. Combine the pasta with the chicken. Add a little more graviera cheese and fresh oregano and serve!

500gr chicken breast fillet

400gr hilopites

100ml white wine

50ml white balsamic vinegar

1Tb Muses Honey

3 sprigs fresh oregano

Olive oil

1Tb butter

100gr tsalafouti cheese

150gr graviera cheese

Salt

Pepper
